Returns
We accept returns on items within 14 days after you recived your order, provided the product is in its original condition (unused, unworn, and undamaged). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To return an item, please follow these steps:

2. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@pineavestudios.se with clear photos showing the issue (e.g., print errors, damage, incorrect size or color). Please ensure to reach out within 14 days. We’ll review your case and provide a replacement or refund. The item must be returned for inspection.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as custom-made products or items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned. Please refer to the product description for specific details.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

At Pine Ave. Studios, each poster is printed on demand, reducing unnecessary waste and overproduction. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration and the natural nuances of the printing process.
