    At Pine Ave. Studios, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Since all our products are printed on demand, production usually takes 1-3 business days. After printing, shipping typically takes 2-5 business days within the EU, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors like customs or courier delays.

  5. Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over 500 SEK. However, if part of the order total consists of a gift card, the value of the gift card will not count towards the free shipping threshold. The free shipping offer only applies to physical products that require shipping and have a total value over 500 SEK

  6. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
    Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes. Please make sure your order details are correct before confirming.

  7. Do you ship internationally?
